More about sweet orange essential oil

Sweet orange essential oil is obtained by cold pressing the peel
of an orange. In this it differs from most essential oils, which are usually
obtained by means of steam distillation.
The scent of this essential oil can help you relax. Orange essential
oil is therefore a wonderful addition to your body butter or massage oil. Because
it stimulates blood circulation, your skin will glow and contribute to a
feeling of relaxation.

Use

When using essential oil on your skin, always dilute it in a carrier oil or butter, such as
jojoba oil or shea butter, and do not use more than 1 - 2% (1 - 2 ml essential oil
per 100 ml carrier oil).
Apply the oil to cleansed skin where needed. For use on your scalp
and hair, you can also add a few drops of orange essential oil to your
shampoo or conditioner.
To inhale orange essential oil or as an aroma in your home, use it in
an oil lamp, diffuser or on a scent block.
