What is Lemon Essential Oil?

The fresh, uplifting aroma of Lemon Essential Oil brings sunshine into

Lemon Essential Oil is cold-pressed from the peel of the lemon fruit
(Citrus Limon). The oil is yellowish in color and smells fresh, sweet and fruity.

How do you use it?

Evaporate Lemon Essential Oil in an aroma diffuser or use in DIY
care products. When using the oil in care products, do not use more than 2% of the total amount of Lemon Essential Oil.

For example: 100 grams of Shea Butter mixed with 1 to 2 grams of Lemon Essential
Oil, or 1 drop of Lemon Essential Oil mixed with 100 drops (5 ml) of Jojoba
Oil.

Please note: this oil is phototoxic and is therefore not suitable for use on
body parts that are exposed to sunlight.

Transform your blend

Have you made a diffuser blend that smells a little too heavy? Or are you not
completely happy with the scent of your massage oil? Adding a drop of Lemon Essential Oil works wonders: the scent is immediately a lot lighter and your blend has undergone a real transformation.

DIY diffuser blend

Combine 3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil with 3 drops of Lemon Essential
Oil in your aroma diffuser and enjoy a soft, uplifting atmosphere in your home.

Please note: Lemon Essential Oil is phototoxic, which means that the oil can
damage your skin if you go out into the sun after using it on your skin. So only use products that
include the oil in your products in the evening on skin that is exposed to the
sun.
